I am looking for an FHA Eagle Licensed lender that is willing to add a very experienced underwriter into the FHA Connection in order to generate a CHUMS number based on my resume and references.
I have verified with HUD directly that this is NO test case requirement for underwriters that meet the experience requirements in the HUD Handbook 4004.4. I can assure you that I more than meet the requirements noted in the handbook. What I need is a Direct Endorsement Lender to utilize their FHA Connection to enter my required information into FHA Connection and a CHUMS number will be generated and sent back to the Lender shortly after submission.
