Things may not be improving but they are getting better for some of us. Almost all the companies that were going to fail have done so and left a little room for the rest of us.
The new MortgageMag is starting to pull good hits and the format is very easy to keep current. If anyone is interested in doing a phone interview, let me know. Are you adapting to the ever changing mortgage business? I speak to so many people on a daily basis that are either on their last leg or doing really well. The individuals that are ready to exit the business are lost because they are stuck in the same model of business they have always been using. The individual that has changed strategies to adapt to the current market seem to be doing very well. There doesn't seem to be an "in between;" has anyone else recognized this trend?
Lets get this new forum buzzing and start it off with a good old debate! There is alot of specualtion in regards to where we will be next and what we can look forward to seeing.
