Job Description   The Victory Financial Group, Inc. is hiring a processor in the Realtor Program. Will report to the Director of the program. The primary function of the job is to work closely with the title company to ensure all details of the loan are accurate. They will need to schedule with all appropriate parties the closing date and time. They will also be administering the realtor and customer surveys, as well as the retention program. The job requires good interpersonal and communication skills. Good telephone skills, advanced computer skills, and a willingness and capability to learn new programs are required. Must also be a self-starter and have the ability to work in a high volume capacity with minimal supervision. There is a 90-day probationary period in which they will earn $12/hour, after which the base salary will be $28,000, with a bonus of 1.25% of net profit earned. Benefits included. There is also ample opportunity for advancement.
