We are fully licensed and bonded in AL, CA, FL, IN, LA, MD,,NM, MN, MO, MS, PA, NC, TN, WI & FHA / VA NATIONWIDE! Coming soon as well to TX, NJ, OH, and IL We are now opening up the benefits of working in our office to you working from your office and or your home. With Net Origination you have the following 2 options to set up for success . OPTION 1 - (for the larger fish) Receive 100% commission for all loans after $1250.00 of net fees collected monthly. Maintain your own operating account! No Junk fees! Start Tomorrow! We make it easy OPTION 2 (for the smaller fish) Receive 70% commission for all loans and monthly incentive s that go to 80%!!! Can be W-2 or 1099. ACCESS TO OUR LENDERS . You will be dealing with our lenders directly and have full access to each lenders rate sheets and web sites. With these lenders, you will get better pricing on rates because of the volume of loans 1st Continental Mortgage sends to these lenders. HEALTH INSURANCE .
