Job Description Location: Bellevue, WA Years in business: Our client has been established since June 07, and the Branch managers have over 3 year experience and parent company/broker of record has been in business since 1999 Type of Business: Mortgage Broker Number of lenders approved with: currenty 45-50 # of Agents currently enrolled: our client is looking to add another three in the WA branch bringing the total to six # of Processors: one processor- however you can processes your your own loans and/or contract them out Software program: Byte Pro Online - files are inputted by you and the software is provided free Types of loans closed: This Brokerage Firm closes EVERY type of loan including Government loans - most of the loans closed are A Paper Residential and or Commercial: this broker handles both Leads provided? Generally there are no leads - however from time to time the Broker will run ads and the leads are distributed between the loan officers accordingly. This Broker is seeking Loan-Originators and CLOSERS. Job Title: Loan Consultant Licence required: WA - YES Years of experience required? ideally seeking min of one -two years experience Minimum of amount of loans to close per month: three - four loans per month Job Description: Driven, well spoken, Aggressive, team player, looking to grow / must have strong work ethics. reliable and able to work with min supervision Hours/ meetings? no set hours - pipeline reports are due weekly Same day hire? possible -business references are required Interview Schedule: 10:00 AM 11:00 AM 3:00 PM 5:00 PM or early evenings and or weekends broker will be flexible with interview schedule # of interviews to get job: one-two; depending on candidate Face to Face interviews - all interviews are face to face / there will be no phone interviews conducted by this client Employment Type: 1099 Payday: within 72 hours of closing Commission split: two plans 1.) Standard 50-65% split based on production - add 10% for self-generated loans closed 2.) Paragon 60-75% split must maintain rolling average for a four-month period of $12K per month add 5% for self-generate loans closed Benefits: none Office Environment: smaller office plan - two to three agents per office Attire: Business Casual / Relaxed on Fridays Computer supplied: YES - desktops provided for each loan officer Desk Fee: no desk fee Business Cards business cards are provided, and marketing materials are optional Parking
