YC Inc. is in search of a relationship with at federally charted bank and mortgage brokerage that will
allow a per file deal or competitive rate padded affiliate program. YC Inc. would like to be set up to pull
credit to take that responsibility away from the banker/brokerage.

YC Inc. is a mortgage company offering financial solutions to your mortgage needs. YC Inc. plans are to
increase the productivity of banks and mortgage brokerages by allowing experienced contracted
mortgage loan originators the opportunity to close loans at a very completive commission split. YC Inc.
within 12 months will generate 50 loans closing consistently per month for the bank/brokerage. Yisrael
and Company will accomplish this through Plan I and Plan II.

„h Plan I YC Inc. will offer their contractors - High commission split and sizable override to
contractor that bring on contractor

„h Plan II YC Inc. will offer - A monthly fee based on volume
With YC Inc. mortgage contractors are able to work remotely using remote work place or in a physical
office. YC Inc. will be able to track the productivity of each contractor and stay on top of efficiency to
ensure the integrity of YC Inc. and its affiliate banker/brokerage by using QVault. YC Inc. will hold biweekly
conference call meetings using go to meeting to update all contractors on new programs and
marketing strategies.

YC Inc. also has a processing department that has an account with Veritax and Appenintelligance to
ensure the accuracy of loan submissions in the event banker/broker does not want to process each loan.
