Job Description   Manager of Call Center –Inside Sales- CS-Telemarketing.

TOTAL REMODELING, INC, Union, New Jersey. USA Part Time. Oversee 36 Reps. Total Remodeling is a Premiere home remodeler, specializing in Siding and Replacement Windows such as Pella, Pella+, and Marvin. State-of-the-Art high volume heavy cold calling environment. As Supervisor, my responsibilities were to configure staffing, improve continuity and production of the ACD system. Develop, write and make changes to cold calling scripts (CS & Sales) and delivery of CSR’s presentations. Other responsibilities were to motivate, monitor, coach, train and develop sales and closing skills for 36 reps. Maintain satisfactory handling of in/out bound disputes to complete resolution. Review weekly performance of CSR and make recommendations. Oversee approximately 110-130 confirmed appointments per week. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Decreased appointment cancellations by 78%. By personally reconfirming and locking in all appointments. Increased customer satisfactions by 77% and increased sales conversions by 35%. Escalations down 54%. Reason for Leaving: Betterment and problems with commission’s settlements.
