Job Description   Full description  Full Description Job Title: Loan Officer - We are currently recruiting in-house Loan Officers for San Diego, CA location and inside and outside reps for the McLean, VA office.

License required:
San Diego, CA - A DRE is preferred; however the Client has a CFL license and would assist you to obtain your DRE within six months.
McLean, VA -Licenses are not required for VA or DC, but are required for MA, NY, NC, and MD for the McLean office.

Years of experience required? One to two years of Mortgage experience is required. Strong closers are encouraged to apply.

Minimum of amount of loans to close per month:
Five loans per month

$20K gross revenue per month.

A-Paper lender ($5k per loan)

Job Description: Driven, well spoken, aggressive, team player, looking to grow / must have strong work ethics. Reliable and able to work with min supervision

Hours and or Meetings:
Daily meetings - Monday through Friday early morning lasting approx 15-30 minutes

Same day hire? Decision to have you join the team can be made on same day as initial the interview - however you must provide references and proof of previous track record

Interviews will be conducted between the hours of 11:00 - 1:00 Monday - Friday.

Commission split:
Tiered based on Fee Income per month

Commission Split for In-House Sales Reps:

$ .0- $19,999 = 35%
$20,000 - $39,999 = 40%
$40,000 + = 45%
Loans closed via referrals = 50%
5% bonus for $75K in fees per quarter - retro rated

Commission Split for Outside Sales Reps:
$ .0- $19,999 = 50%
$20,000 - $39,999 = 55%
$40,000 + = 60%
5% bonus for $75K in fees per quarter - retro rated
