The Fannie Mae Foundation conducts and sponsors policy analysis and empirical and theoretical research that makes significant contributions to the state of knowledge on housing policy, housing finance, and community development issues related to the Foundation's focus areas. This research is intended to stimulate thoughtful and insightful discussion on a broad range of housing and community development topics, including homeownership; rental housing; housing policies and programs; urban and metropolitan issues; special-needs housing; and low-and moderate-income, minority, recent immigrant, and other emerging homeownership markets. The Foundation publishes two peer-reviewed journals, Housing Policy Debate and Journal of Housing Research, and other special publications. |
