America’s Mortgage Broker encourages each manager to choose a branch DBA (doing business as) name that reflects their marketplace, interests and quality of service. In addition to privately branding their branches, AMB may also allow a manager to sign on an AMB controlled branch bank account. AMB believes that enabling a manager the authority to pay bills and advance employees payroll coincides well with their responsibilities.
AMB is approved with over 250 investors. The branch retains discretion over 90% of the commissions earned. Branch fees retained by the home office may be capped at $36,000 annually depending upon the branch’s quality control audits and their compliance with AMB’s policies and procedures. While AMB’s business model is designed to put you is charge, it is implemented in a way to be compliant with the state and Federal regulators we work with. |
