We are a prestigious contract mortgage processing center whose clients include brokers from the Chicago area as well as established national brokers, banks and loan officers. These clients have discovered that outsourcing is an excellent way to process their mortgage loans and service their clients in a timely and professional manner. Due to expansion we are currently seeking an individual to fill a processing position. The ideal candidate shall possess a positive attitude with a professional demeanor, and have a minimum 3 years experience processing residential mortgage loans and experience in DO/LP submissions. Incumbent will work very closely reviewing files, appraisals, title work etc... and prepare files for underwriting submission to various lenders while keeping the broker aware of their file status.
