Attorneys: FRA submits for Continuing Legal Education credits to the New York Sate Board of CLE for appropriate conferences. The New York State Board generally takes 6-9 months to advise FRA of a determination if the program is approved for credit. Also the NY Board determines the field of study and the number of approved credits. At this time FRA only applies to New York for CLE.
