Jaime A. Kosofsky attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina after graduation in 1998 Mr. Kosofsky was the founder and Senior Managing Attorney for the North Carolina REO Department and Residential Closing Department for a nationally recognized law firm.
Kelly Hupp Brady attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina after graduation in 1997. After passing the North and South Carolina Bar Exams, Ms. Brady founded, Kelly D. Hupp & Associates, PA. (“KDH”) which has been the exclusive title servicing provider for one of the largest title vendor and settlement vendor companies in the United States. Ms. Brady was instrumental in the creation of the various protocols, and systems used in the management of day to day operations. Ms. Brady is closely involved in the development of emerging technology in the default and title management industry.
Currently Brady & Kosofsky, is an approved title vendor for all of the national default title companies, and continues to provide title and servicing for many of the largest lenders in the United States.
Our statewide network of attorneys and title personnel throughout North and South Carolina allow B&K to provide REO sellers services, and closing services in all 100 North Carolina and all 40 South Carolina counties. B&K also performs title curative, and loss mitigation functions. Our average turn time in all 100 North Carolina counties is 72 hours, and we can email our documents anywhere in the world for signature.
The hallmark of our department is the accessibility of our attorneys and staff. Jaime can be reached anytime on his cell phone or via email. We are committed to our REO clients and will serve as a “Local Outside General Counsel”. This means we will assist you in preparing the corporate documents necessary to conduct business in our state, as well as draft, administer, and amend your corporate resolutions and powers of attorney as may be required.
