INSOUTH Funding, Inc. (`IFI`), headquartered in Naples, Florida is a wholly owned subsidiary of INSOUTH Bank. The company specializes in providing mortgage warehouse facilities to small and medium sized mortgage bankers throughout the United States. Created as a new venture in 1996, the company has evolved from a small part of the bank`s finance company subsidiary to a stand-alone company with a national presence funding over $2 Billion per year. INSOUTH Funding clients are nationwide offering various loan programs to their clients from Government loans to conforming to Alt A. We are not a mortgage lender; therefore mortgage warehousing is all we do which affords us the ability to deliver the best service to our clients.
