Our pricing model is simple. You pay a loan submission fee of $25. Once your loan is Funded the following Processing Fee Schedule applies to Conventional, FHA, VA, and RD Loans.

- Concurrent Second Mortgage (same lender) - Free
- Concurrent Second Mortgage (different lender) - $100

All updates in our website, to the loan status, comment log, and any new document uploads are automatically sent to your email address. Even when you are on the road, you are always up to date on your loans.
We currently process conventional, Non-Conventional, FHA, and VA loans (We process RD, Bond, and Construction Loans on a case by case basis). We pride ourselves on our ability to meet and exceed our client’s mortgage processing needs. We have resources to handle the largest volume mortgage companies.
