As a WestStar Mortgage Branch Office you will continue to run your own branch as an “owner”. You will continue to make all the day to day business decisions for your branch.

As a branch office of WestStar you will be paid 100% of any YSP that’s shown on our rate sheet, as well as 100% of whatever you charge in origination points, discount points, underwriting or processing fees, or any other acceptable fees that you charge to the borrower that appears on the HUD-1 settlement statement.

There are no signup fees.

All income is W-2, but you run your branch as your own business. You will receive a P & L and can withdraw pay roll twice a month.

Our underwriting time is currently at 24-48 hrs We can usually clear conditions same day for closing.
