We have a system that is comprised of a Pipeline Manager who is teamed with a Processor. Depending on the level of service chosen, the Pipeline Manager can assist the Loan Officer with their entire pipeline from origination to funding. The Pipeline Manager oversees the Processor, who collects and creates the
paper (and/or “virtual”) files needed for the file to be submitted to the Lender.
