Foreclosure Clean Out Services has years of experience with the Management of Multiple REO Properties. Upon being hired by your organization we will immediately begin to perform the following services:
• Cash for keys.
• A property condition inspection and report.
• Fully secure the property, including board up and lock out services.
• Clean out of property as required.
• Conduct initial and on-going grounds, lawn and landscaping maintenance services.
• Conduct security inspections at regular intervals.
• Provide detailed reports and photos of any changes in property conditions.
• Correct and remove all hazards and code violations.
• Coordinate all maintenance and repair services.
