I grew up in a home surrounded by the construction industry. My father is a building inspector for Jefferson Parish and was co-owner with my mother of J. A. Baroni Builders. I have always been facinated with the various styles of architectural design and find it rewarding to assist in the mortgage industry. I specialize in residential appraising which includes 1004, FHA appraisals, multi-family, condominiums & conversions, REO & foreclosure, successions, tax assessment, divorce settlements, land appraisals, desk reviews, driveby appraisals, and assist Realtors in acquiring accurate square footage for listings, as well as, limited appraisals for listing prices. I typically have a 2 to 3 day turnaround time and I am always professional and thorough with my research and documentation. |
