This position reports to the Atlanta based Retail Branch Manager or Team Manager. Hourly Plus BPS
Since 1998 we have been offering FHA / 203(b), VA , USDA and Conventional financing along with very competitive commissions splits, Health Insurance (after 60days) and 401K benefits.
Comparing our pricing with our competition we have one of, if not, the best rates in today’s market. Our underwriting time is a maximum of 48 hours and we close and fund our own loans with our virtually unlimited lending capacity being approved a direct seller to the GSE’s.
Job Description
New hires must be able to originate mortgage loans two ways:
1st. Referral business developed through other sources such as builder/developers, real estate brokers/agents. We expect Loan Officers to close a minimum of at least 2 loans through referral sources each month.
2nd. Second: We provide Purchase and Refinance Mortgage leads and Live calls through outside lead sources and our SEO website. We are also a preferred lender with Local Atlanta Agencies and we will assign you to a Agent for the Purchase money leads .
