Securing the property, debris removal, health hazards and items that cause infestation risks are given priority. Items requiring special disposal (tires, oil, chemicals, paint, appliances) are handled separately and disposed of in accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. Every home will be documented with digital photos, explanations of the scope of work and a bid to bring the home to saleable condition.
