Accurate and responsive inspections is what we do, which is the first step in protecting your assets.Securing: Changing or recoding locks is the primary way to secure your property as well as providing access to those who need to see the property. We stock handsets and deadbolts as well as lockboxes and we can set them to whatever code you need and provide timely access to your property. If the property has been broken into we can board openings and replace glass and doors as needed, keeping out the weather and further tampering of the property.

Trash Out: As properties sit they accumulate trash and debris. The former occupant may have left items like old furniture, clothes, trash, old appliances, and other items that bring the value of the property down. Getting these things out and the property cleaned up is a must to keep your asset marketable. We provide all the services you need to remove debris and get the property in sales condition.

Maintenance: For the duration of the sales process the property needs to stay in top condition. Grass needs to be maintained, trash that accumulates needs to be cleaned up, and the property needs to keep from getting that vacant feel that alerts potential investors and decreases value. We work with our clients to provide a schedule to keep the properties at there peak condition and at the top of the market.
