As of January 1st 2010 new RESPA rules require that you not only disclose your YSP to borrowers but that you also show your YSP as a borrower credit on the HUD-1 (visit http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/ramh/res/respa_hm.cfm for more information). Are you following other pending legislation like http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h111-1728 which has already passed the US House of Representatives and will ban YSP entirely.
