The Commercialleads.net Commerical Modification Program was born out of necessity brought to us by the other 18 segments of the CRE industry who use the backend of our application such as Commercial Realtors, Title Reps, CPAs and Wealth / Asset Managers. When the market turned for the worse in 2008 they started receiving requests from their clients who own commercial property in need of workout assistance.

When a commercial property owner in need of assistance due to a maturing, distressed or foreclosure scenario needs help they contact one of our partners. That partner then puts the borrower in our system so a workout / modification specialist can be asigned. The borrower receives a `verification` phone call from us to go over the loan scenario and make sure it fits a modification model.
