Advertising Contract

The contract is for banner advertising on the ______________ Mag web site. We will put
your banner ad on our pages with a hot link to the location of your choice. The ads
are sold by CPM ( COST PER THOUSAND).

All banners are set up on a rotational basis. This maximizes the ad exposure as
well as providing a better interest level to the reader.  The ads are assigned
randomly within a arget area.

Banner Placement

We will only display the ads in the specific areas, states, or topics
which you specify.

Terms

The contract is payable in advance. At the end of that period we will contact you
to determine if you wish to contract for the next period.

Conditions

The banner is sold for a specific page or pages. We will add the banner wherever
possible to give the client maximum exposure. No guarantee is made for these
additional pages.

Periodically,
we evaluate the total hits for the web site. In the recent past this total was between
15,000 and 18,000 users per day.

Should
any condition exist where your banner is not shown correctly, we will extend
the contract period an equivalent number of days.

Start-up

There is no start-up cost. We will format the banner graphic from your logos
or graphic files.

Cancellation

There is no cancellation fee. The contract is paid in advance and is
automatically terminated at the end of this period should no further
arrangements be made. If you wish to maintain a specific position
on the page, we will contract for your specified period.

Banners

Design

We will create a banners for $250 from your logos or graphic files.

Changes to the banner

The banner can be changed weekly. Simply email us the new banner
and we will move the banner to our web site. If we design the banner,
we allow one set of changes without charge.

Banner Dimensions

We use three banners to maximize your exposure:
the large dimensions are 468X60 ( 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels high ),
the side bar dimensions are 165X60 ( 165 pixels wide by 60 pixels high ),
the logo dimensions are 285X30 ( 285 pixels wide by 30 pixels high )


 File Type
 

 The banners can be any file type necessary. We recommend you
use a GIF or JPG file type.

 GIF - These can be "animated" as long as they are with the file size
limitation. This file type is used for banners with basic color formats.

 JPG - This file type is best suited for color picture formats. It has
no animation available.


 File Size
 

The maximum file size for a banner is 15k bytes. We will contact you
if a banner is larger than the requested maximum size.
