We receive all our income from advertising and sponsors. There is no startup fee and you can cancel at the end of any period. All ads include a web page. There is no startup and no cancellation fee.

You can place an ad on any page in Mortgage Mag. If you are uncertain how it will look, simply send us your page location and we will create the ad for you. You can change the ad at any time. We will bill you directly after the ad is placed.

Payment    

 All fees are due in advance. There is no start-up and no cancellation. You may change the banner as often as necessary. We will even construct the banners for you. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We will invoice for large contracts.

Billing Periods

All contracts are for three months, payable in advance.  At the end of the period we contact you to confirm whether you want to continue.

We sell banner ads that only display in targeted areas, such as states or cities. The banner ads can also be displayed on the Mortgage Mag website. The banner will link directly to your web pages.

Small Banners

  $50 per month per state
  $25 for any single page

Large Banners 

State - $100 a month per state
Banner rotates on every page for that state 
Run of Site - $250 to $3,500 at $15 CPM

Banner Ads - Employment

The banner will link directly to your web pages. This is effective for candidates who are interested but do not want to submit their name to our database. We make no attempt to collect their identification.

Job Posting Fees - FREE!

There is no monthly fee to post jobs on JobMag.

  • Post as many job postings as needed.
  • The jobs remain on the web site for two months.
  • The jobs must have some connection to Real Estate/Finance/Lending/Banking.

Resume Posting Fees - FREE!

The on-line resume form is free. You must supply a phone or email account. Your contact information is posted directly on the web page. It is available to clients through the Loan Officer Exchange.

LOX Loan Officer Exchange [LOX]

The LOX is a database of lending professionals who have submitted their professional information.

We collect the resumes from all our web sites. We do not ``harvest` resumes from any other site. The resumes are from people who are looking for a job.

These state pages include branching candidates.

Page position is determined by the total dollar contract.

We have developed a contact list of Branching candidates. The list is updated daily. We receive several contacts per day. These are people who have written to us and expressed an interest in becoming a Branch [Net]. We do not contact these people unless our required information is missing. We make no guarantees about the qualifications of these contacts. The list is password protected.
