Addressing these concerns, Patricia Gee-Jones, a petroleum specialist for the City of Jacksonville, recently enrolled in the Winning in the Cash Flow Business Course. Recently finalizing her 1st deal, valued at $25,000, Patricia profited $5,345.44. As she exclaimed, "It was so exciting and that check looked simply marvelous! The deal, a wholesale simultaneous closing transaction, only took a total of 20 days to finalize and it was real simple to complete."

Preferring to involve herself with transactions relating to the single-family home arena, Patricia said, "I moved toward this area because you have more individuals with children that prefer to have a larger area, especially with a yard. And with the government trying to move toward getting home ownership to the Section Eight recipients, I found this to be a great arena!"

Commenting on what success has meant, Patricia said, "It's having the ability to be on your own time and be your own boss. I've found to be successful you must be dedicated, have a desire to make money, and just follow all of the easy to learn instructions ANN has provided for you ---it's just so easy to do!"

As a college educated individual, Patricia commented, "You don't need a college degree to be successful in this business, in fact, you don't even need a high school diploma. You just need to be a person who can follow the examples outlined in Russ's course!"

In closing Patricia added, "If you have a desire to double, triple and/or even increase your income level to a six digit figure on an annual basis, then the opportunity is absolutely there. You just have to get out, find it, and have a desire to keep the drive going. This industry is so huge. It continues to grow and there's enough financial opportunity for everybody in years to come."
