- Information site promotes finance and lifestyle advice for mature homeowners -

Senior Lending Network, recognized as the nation`s premier reverse mortgage educational source, announced the launch of My Senior Lending Network web site, http://www.mysln.com/. The web site provides information and guidance on issues important to members of the senior community. It complements the Senior Lending Network television campaign educating consumers about reverse mortgages. The site offers additional financial information and relevant news for seniors.

Consumers responding to the Senior Lending Network television campaigns can access My Senior Lending Network or http://www.mysln.com/ for the most comprehensive insights on reverse mortgages, other financial products, housing options, long-term care and legal matters.

"My Senior Lending Network embraces the thriving lifestyle of today`s seniors," said David Peskin, chief executive officer of Senior Lending Network. "With My Senior Lending Network, seniors have access to additional insights on reverse mortgages and financial planning. That knowledge is complemented by other pertinent information," said Peskin.

Ron Roel, a veteran writer and editor specializing in retirement and real estate issues is editor for the site. Roel is a former editor of New York Newsday`s Act II retirement planning and real estate sections. During nearly 20 years at Newsday, he held positions ranging from special writer covering workplace issues to deputy national editor, receiving several journalism awards. He is also a published author. "As seniors live longer, more active lives, they need quality information to help guide them through their later years," said Roel. "We`re providing tools to help them forge their way."

Steven Stern, an attorney specializing in senior legal issues, is serving as legal editor. Stern is a partner with the law firm of Davidow, Davidow, Siegel & Stern, LLP and concentrates in the areas of elder law, estate planning, guardianships, business succession planning and long-term care. Stern is a Suffolk County Legislator in New York, and is chairman of the veterans and seniors committee and the vice chairman of the health and human services committee. He is a valued speaker on elder law issues and has addressed many local and national groups. "I`m glad to have a way to share my years of experience to help seniors anticipate and plan for their financial and quality of life needs," said Stern.

"We`re very pleased to have two outstanding supporters of the senior community contributing to this educational forum," said Peskin. "Our research suggests there is a need within the senior community for an online resource. This web site answers that need."
