Sutherland Global Services Names Leader of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Markets Sutherland Global Services, a leading multi-national Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced that Vik Renjen has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Head of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI). Renjen will expand and manage Sutherland’s multi-national BFSI team including sales, business development, account management and service delivery at a global level. “Sutherland is the most understated success story in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Renjen’s prior positions include eight years at Prudential, starting in Healthcare and Relocation then moving to the Mortgage Capital entity where he was Senior Vice President of Global Operations. He also served as a Vice President for Chase Manhattan Bank for seven years in various operations and systems roles with incremental responsibility. Dilip R.
