Dollar Bank Decreases Prime Rate

Dollar Bank announced on September 18, 2007 that it was decreasing its prime rate from 8.25% to 7.75% effective after the close of business today, September 18, 2007.

This decrease in the prime rate is being made as a result of recent changes in market conditions.
