PEGGY MOSNOT NAMED CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER FOR MAXIM ENTERPRISES Peggy Mosnot has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Maxim Enterprises. As Chief Operating Officer, Mosnot will concentrate on the current state of Maxim’s organization to ensure the company is well positioned for growth. Key areas of focus include continued process improvement, standardization and increased customer collaboration. “Peggy brings a tremendous amount of management, marketing and sales experience, which will be a major benefit to Maxim Enterprises and our clients,” said Steve Maxim, who made the announcement. Before joining Maxim Enterprises, Peggy worked for 20 years at Kraft Foods in a variety of positions. Her last assignment was Director of Planning, Northeast; prior to that, she served as Customer Vice President, Giant Eagle Region. Mosnot is originally from Ohio and attended St. Thomas High School in Louisville. She received a Bachelor of Administration from Kent State University with a concentration on Marketing and Management. She resides locally with her two children, Derek, 15, who attends St. Thomas Aquinas High School and Matthew, 11, who attends St. Paul’s, North Canton. Maxim Enterprises is an innovative, full-service property-preservation company helping mortgage servicers protect their assets after a loan goes into delinquency. It works closely with P4C (Preservation for Contractors), a sister company, providing franchise opportunities to independent contractors owning a stake in the property preservation side of the default loan servicing business. Founded in 1998, Maxim Enterprises has grown from a small local operation to a thriving regional corporation, serving Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Michigan, Washington, D.C. and Wisconsin. Maxim Enterprises is being recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the top 5,000 growth companies in 2007. This comes after having been inducted into the Inc. 500 in 2005. The North Canton-based company has experienced an increase in work orders this year due to the nationwide, upward trend in foreclosures. It continues to expand its operation by employing area residents and college and high school students. Future plans include partnering with area universities to provide internship programs. Maxim Enterprises’ strategic plan calls for maintaining and growing its leadership position in the property preservation industry by focusing on people, process and technology.
