MBA Elects New 2008 Board of Directors The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) today elected its Board of Directors for the 2007-2008 membership year at MBA`s 94th Annual Convention & Expo in Boston. The Board of Directors will be chaired by MBA Chairman Kieran P. Quinn, CMB, Chairman of Column Financial, Credit-Suisse`s mortgage lending subsidiary for multifamily and commercial properties. MBA`s Board of Directors consists of 21 members. Three are from the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG), six are from the Residential/Single-Family Board of Governors (RESBOG) five are members at large, one is an associate member and one represents MBA`s State and Local affiliates. The Board of Directors develops the strategic plan for MBA and also manages the affairs of the association, including developing association-wide policies and approving a budget. The seven newly elected members of MBA`s Board of Directors are: Paul E. Bibb, Jr., National City Mortgage Company, Miamisburg, OH Members remaining on the Board of Directors are: Michael D.
