In the past year, Werner closed transactions such as Lompoc Corners in Lompoc for $16,100,000, Ranch Center in Diamond Bar for $15,700,000, Mountain View Plaza in Hemet for $9,800,000, San Jacinto Plaza in San Jacinto for $4,200,000 and University Avenue Retail Center in Riverside for $2,800,000. In 2007, Werner’s hard work earned him the “Top Producer Award” for his exceptional performance in retail investment sales as the #1 Agent at Hanley Investment Group.
