HFF hires Lee Norman as managing director in Los Angeles office
(Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) announced today that it has hired Lee Norman as a managing director in its Los Angeles office focusing on debt and equity placement for all property types throughout the western United States.
Mr. Norman has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and most recently was principal of George Smith Partners (GSP), a West Coast-based investment banking firm. During his time at GSP, he directly oversaw the team’s production staff with the primary duties of managing the team’s transactional financings as well as client and capital source relationship management. With Mr. Norman’s guidance the team secured more than $1.0 billion of financings for clients each year since 2004. He has a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California.

He has long-term established relationships with institutional equity, mezzanine, and senior debt capital sources and has a distinguished reputation within the financial community as an authority on a variety of real estate product types including retail, industrial, office and multifamily,” said McMullin.
