Merchants & Manufacturers Bancorporation, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: MMBI) ('Merchants'), today announced that Harris Bankcorp, Inc. has received all required regulatory and shareholder approvals and expects to close the acquisition of Merchants by Harris Bankcorp, Inc. later this month. Closing of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
