Northwest Trustee Services, Inc. Approved for USFN Membership in California

Northwest Trustee Services, Inc., a full-service trustee company providing real estate trustee services to mortgage lenders in the Western United States, announced today the company has been approved as a member in California by USFN. The new membership comes as a result of the recent acquisition of Specialized, Inc. by Northwest Trustee Services, Inc.

USFN, “America’s Mortgage Banking Attorneys” is a national non-profit association of law firms and trustee companies that represent mortgage lenders in each of the 50 states. Membership in USFN is strictly limited to attorneys and trustees meeting high qualifications and standards while representing national mortgage lenders in their foreclosure, bankruptcy and related creditors' rights matters.

Routh has been elected to four terms on the Board of Directors of USFN, has served as vice president (1996-1998), president (1998-2000) and currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Affiliated law firm Routh Crabtree Olsen, P.S. has received USFN's highest award, the Diamond Award of Excellence, each year consecutively since 1995. The law firm holds USFN membership status in three states: Washington, Oregon and Alaska.
