FICS Rolls Out Business Objects’ Business Intelligence Tools For Commercial Servicer Solution

Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS®), a mortgage technology specialist that provides in-house residential origination and servicing technology and commercial servicing technology to the mortgage industry, announced the recent roll out of BusinessObjectsä Enterprise Professional (BOE) and Crystal Reports® XI to users of its commercial mortgage loan servicing system, Commercial Servicer®.

The business intelligence tools from Business Objects, an SAP company and the world's leading provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions, replace CA., Inc.’s EUREKA:Reporter and further meet the existing needs of FICS’ Commercial Servicer customers. With BusinessObjects Enterprise Professional, Commercial Servicer users can manage and deploy tools for reporting, query and analysis, and performance management. Crystal Reports XI, part of the BusinessObjects™ XI platform, delivers easy report design, simple report maintenance and data access.

FICS has been working to deploy the roll out of BusinessObjects Enterprise Professional and Crystal Reports XI to its customers in three phases. Prior to the roll out to Commercial Servicer customers, FICS deployed the solution to users of its residential mortgage loan servicing system, Mortgage Servicer ä, and plans to soon deploy the solution to its customers using its residential mortgage loan origination system, Loan Producer®.
