Residential Finance Corp. Expands Leadership Team with Appointment of David M. Rose as Chief Technology Officer

Former CTO of Red Capital Group brings vision, financial industry expertise, and proven track record to lead technology initiative for FHA mortgage lender

Rose as Chief Technology Officer. Formerly Chief Technology Officer at Red Capital Group, Rose brings vision, financial service industry expertise, and a proven track record to lead the FHA mortgage lender through its technology and innovation projects.

With expertise in technology, operations and analytics, Rose has been responsible for directing operations and technology initiatives for mortgage and financial service companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer with Red Capital Group. Earlier, while at Meeder Financial Services, Rose was Chief Operations Officer and before that served as Chief Technology Officer. He also held positions at BISYS Fund Services and National City Bank. Rose holds a degree in economics from The Ohio State University, Columbus.
