Ramquest Launches 2010 Hud-1
Industry Leader Forges Ahead on Path to RESPA Reform
RamQuest, Inc., a recognized leader of solutions for the land title industry, announced today that it has launched its 2010 HUD-1. As a market leader and industry innovator, RamQuest has spent recent months forging ahead and pioneering industry RESPA education initiatives including the design and deployment of the RESPAready community forum and serving on ALTA’s RESPA Implementation Task Force. RamQuest’s launch of a timely and relevant 2010 HUD-1 solution is yet another milestone on the title industry’s path to RESPA Reform.
After an exciting debut of RamQuest’s 2010 HUD-1 in several Sneak Peek Webinars in July, customers’ comments on the solution ranged from dubbing it a “Smart” 2010 HUD-1 to emphatically stating that RamQuest’s solution makes the RESPA regulation easier to understand and navigate. Industry professionals can see RamQuest’s 2010 HUD-1 for themselves at one of RamQuest’s free Webinars; complete information and registration links can be found on the Free Resources page of RamQuest’s website.
RamQuest’s 2010 solution is intuitive, taking the guess work out of computing the HUD-1. RamQuest’s 2010 HUD-1 is fully integrated, automatically transferring data from page 2 to page 3 of the new HUD forms and eliminating the need for duplicate data entry. And RamQuest’s 2010 solution is flexible, integrating the new 2010 HUD-1 in tandem with the current HUD-1 form, enabling RamQuest customers to service their customers on an early RESPA adoption curve and their customers not yet ready to use the new HUD-1 and GFE forms.
“RamQuest is once again demonstrating our superior understanding of the Settlement Industry and its dynamic nature by delivering a superior 2010 business solution that encompasses business concepts and functionality supporting the sweeping RESPA changes,” said Mark McElroy, President and Chief Executive Officer at RamQuest. “I am confident that we have not yet seen all of the RESPA dictated changes for our industry; but RamQuest customers can be assured that we will continue to lead the way in understanding these changes and integrating them into our 2010 solution well in advance of when they are needed.”
Paul Bandiera, RamQuest’s Chief Strategy Officer, commented, “The design of our 2010 solution enables us to be flexible in the coming months while the industry awaits clarification of the rule and during the anticipated synchronization of state regulations. We know this transition period will require a dynamic solution to ensure a smooth transition to full implementation of the rule in 2010. RamQuest’s solution does just that.”
